Elvatech ElvaX
XRF analyzer ElvaX is a desktop energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence EDXRF analyzer|spectrometer which does not require liquid nitrogen cooling for storage and use. ElvaX EDXRF analyzer|spectrometer is used for quantitative and qualitative elemental analysis of metal alloys, liquids, food and biological samples, powder assays, as well as samples deposited on surfaces or filters, in the element range from Cl (Z=17) to U (Z=92) in a wide range of element concentrations. The accuracy of determining concentrations is better than 0.3% for metal alloys. XRF analyzers detecting limit is better than 1 ppm for most elements in light matrix.

Elvatech ElvaX Light SDD
ElvaX Light SDD Spectrometer is a desktop energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) analyzer with extended element range from Na (Z=11) to U (Z=92). The Helium purge system and the automatic primary filter changer combined with the large area SDD detector are used to allow effective registration of the light elements spectra. ElvaX Light SDD Spectrometer is used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of the elemental composition of metal alloys, liquids, food and biological samples, powder assays, as well as samples deposited on surfaces or filters, in a wide range of element concentrations. The accuracy of determining concentrations is better than 0.3% for metal alloys. Analyzer's detecting limit is better than 1 ppm for most elements in light matrix.

ElvaX Mobile is a portable EDXRF analyzer for testing all kinds of materials. Sampling tray as in a benchtop instrument allows for convenient placement of x-cells. High resolution SDD detector and the absence of collimators ensure high count rate, which is crucial for quick detection of trace elements. ElvaX Mobile analyzer is indispensable for testing soil and petrochemicals and any other applications, where testing of liquids and powders on site is required. The PDA integrated into the instrument provides intuitive interface as well as high resolution and bright screen. ElvaX Mobile can be synchronized with a desktop computer via wi-fi or blue tooth. Elvatech ElvaX ProSpector
Elvatech is proud to introduce The ElvaX ProSpector, the latest XRF system to join our family of handheld XRF Analyzers. Like all Elvatech products, this portable, handheld EDXRF elemental analysis system is designed to be intuitive and user friendly. The system utilizes a 7.2 Vdc Li-ion battery. Under normal use, of handheld XRF Analyzer has an operating time of 8 hours before charging is required. The ElvaX ProSpector analyzer operates at a high voltage of 40 kV but can be set for up to 50 kV, and has a detectable range of Cl to U. The light element option has a detectable range from Mg to U. The ElvaX ProSpector operates under control of the HP iPAQ PDA with 4-inches high resolution touch-screen display, providing high flexibility and usability of the system.
